2017 Power Camp Information, Dates & Form

Power Camp is designed to help keep our athletes in shape during the Summer break. Coaches will work with the athletes on all aspects of fitness. Athletes will weight train with core exercises, perform agility drills, and work on running form. If you have any questions please call Coach Williams 210-397-7162 or Coach Gutierrez 210-397-7158.

The dates for camp are below:

Week One: June 12th- 15th
Week Two: June 19th- 22nd
Week Three: June 26th-29th
**OFF WEEK: July 3rd- July 7th**
Week Four: July 10th- 13th
Week Five: July 17th- 20th
Week Six: July 24th- July 27th
