Rams stayed in it until the end, but SA Wolverines pulled away late in a 7-4 victory on Friday. The game was tied at four with SA Wolverines batting in the top of the fifth when Chapman singled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run.

In the first inning, SA Wolverines got their offense started when Haley singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.

Rams evened things up at four in the bottom of the fourth inning. An error scored one run for Rams.

Garza earned the victory on the mound for SA Wolverines. He allowed zero hits and zero runs over two innings, striking out one and walking zero.

Parker Gray toed the rubber for Rams. He went three innings, allowing four runs on five hits, striking out one and walking one. AP Castro and Wesley Egle entered the game as relief, throwing two innings and one inning respectively.

Gonzalez started the game for SA Wolverines. He allowed six hits and four runs over four innings, striking out one

Seth Martinez went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Rams in hits.

SA Wolverines tallied eight hits in the game. Haley and Ruggiero each collected multiple hits for SA Wolverines. Haley led SA Wolverines with three hits in three at bats. SA Wolverines tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. Ferguson led the way with two.
